Also, I was thinking of something more heavy-duty for a rear-screen protector than just film such as a snap-on plastic cover that really protects it from doggie claws.
This is a great idea! I am worried that my dogs will damage the rear screen when they are trying to jump into the front seat. Would love some type of plastic cover to use when the dogs are traveling with me.

Do you do glass :) Just joking. I now know you can only print small/medium items, but hopefully someone will sell and install these type of windows for the Cybertruck.

I want to replace my rear window with something like this.

Anyway, thanks for all the quick responses. I will definitely purchase from you once I get my Cyberbeast VIN. 12/8 order and still waiting.

Definitely waiting for someone to make one of these, ideally with a LARGER window, like a split half slider.
It would help make up for the fact that Tesa cut the passthrough gate and HVAC in the vault.
Hopefully the one for the CT is also under $300 :)

Hello!

I am Iliya, the owner of TWRAPS. We design & manufacture accessories for EVs, locally in our factory in Concord, CA.

While I am still waiting to get a VIN for my Cybertruck (01/09 order - AWD), I was able to get my hands onto one for a day and a half and we've managed to complete 11 accessories for it. More to come when my CT comes :)

Here is the list:

In the meantime, if you have any product suggestions please let me know, I will be making a todo.
If you have any questions, please let me know, I am always happy to answer them and help in any way I can.

Last but not least, you can use code GASGONE for 10% off ??
Lliya, thanks for this! Very exciting. Can you figure out how to fabricate something to where the bloody center console could be turned back into a useable front seat with console that flips up? As was originally intended? I have a family of 6, so we need to be able to do a child's seat up front. Very bummed that they slashed it down to 5 seats only.

That solves one problem, but I measured at the local Tesla showroom and a large dog crate will not fit on the floor even with the seats folded up because of the rear display console. A small dog bed would fit, but if one really wants the dog secure and comfortable some kind of platform would have to be made, or a hammock, or something else. Someone will make dog accessories for the Cybertruck. It doesn't have to be you. But if they are well designed and made they will sell.
A soft crate might work, but I would want protection for the rear display.

I don't think he would be very happy with me, but- I thought of bed possibilities. I also thought of the poor windshields behind me, getting loaded with slobber.

I have four dogs and I know about slobber. Lol. I am going to make an apartment for them in the bed. I won't let them guys inside. ?

@TWRAPS You got your work cut out for you, but- I would buy from you simply for the fact you seem to care about people's feedback, that's super important to me. Thanks for taking all our suggestions, and showing us all the amazing stuff you've done thus far.
Thank you so much!!! ?? I didn't expect such a warm welcome and I definitely appreciate it and don't take it for granted. As previously mentioned, we're a small family business, and also EV enthusiasts (and owners) so I am giving my heart & soul into this business! :)

Can you make a tailgate top cover protector that is just clear? Im not real interested in putting carbon fiber on top but just want something to project the top for my paddle boards. thanks!

https://twraps.com/products/tailgat...-for-tesla-cybertruck-carbon-fiber-film-decal
Ah, I should've thought of that when I had it...yes, will do this, just need to test installation as I might need to make the cut model a tad bit different as PPF doesn't fold as easily as vinyl. I will also explore a rubber option too in case the PPF looks strange on the plastic.

You should make a cover (not a screen protector) for that rear display. Maybe something that snaps over it, or something that can retract, for those of us that will not use it very often but want to protect it just the same.
Great idea! Adding on my todo. As long as I can figure out how to securely attach it, consider it done.

Ah, to be honest I don't think that would work. The current design (won't be super surprised if Tesla changes it past the Foundation Series) is such that the center console (where your elbow rests while driving) is going far into the front and it's pretty static. I can't remove it unless we fabricate an entirely new console which will require professional install too. For the time being I am afraid this is out of my league. Not to mention that the front seats will also need to be replaced with something narrower (otherwise it's too small width-wise and a child that small won't be allowed to ride on the front legally), the airbags are probably not distributed in a way to absorb impact on a middle seat passenger at the front, and there will probably be some sort of government certification for the added seat belt...so this one is definitely out of my league for now :( If someone could do it, I suppose it will either be a company with much greater maturity (we're just 2 years old as a business and total of 7 people, 5 of which do the manufacturing & shipping and the other 2 are me and my wife who do everything business related + all the product design, manufacturing techniques etc), or a company with complete lack of accountability (not for me).
PS On a side note, I realize this is not the best place to say that but still - I currently drive a Rivian R1S - 7 seater. It's a great family vehicle and I can highly recommend it. I am still undecided on whether I should sell it once I get the CT, or keep it. I only have 2 children but sometimes I have to pick up friends' kids, or family coming to town, and we utilize these 7 seats at least a few times a month. Not sure how that would work with the CT unless someone is willing to ride in the truck bed ?

100% this... I don't wanna put so much pressure on TWRAPS, bc I know others will make them, but it's sure nice to give someone feedback before they design one.

haha yea, Ben is my second Saint, also the largest fur friend I have ever had. The CT, OF COURSE, I WANT, but- I feel like it will suit him very well. Your dog is gorgeous.

@ben_the_saintly_bernard on IG, if you're ever around the dog parks :)

I should eventually create a Cyberdog thread for meetups with our pups.
My dog, Bud, gets in the car and basically sleeps while I am gone. No drool, hardly any shedding. Not like other goldens I have had. Very large dogs (St Bernards, Great Pyrenees, New Foundland, and similar)

You know, it was probably illegal in several states to put a child seat in the front, and for an adult the risk of injury from hitting the monitor would probably have not been legal in any state. Not to mention not having enough leg room. Probably for the best for all concerned even if it was popular.

wow! What's that like?? Lol I have only had Saints, and a Samoyed as a kid. Except for the time during the military, I have always had a fur friend. I knew what I was getting into with Saints, it was Beethoven that always made me want one. I rescue from a large breed rescue in Texas. Ben was a surrender from Los Angeles.

They are better friends than people most of the time. Haha

I was thinking of that but then I figured if I had a dog, I'd just push the seats up for extra space...wouldn't that make more sense, or I am missing something?
My current pickup (Ridgeline) has similar fold up seats and I store things underneath the seats (tie down straps, a cooler bag for shopping, spare sweatshirt, towel, etc.) So the dogs have to go on the seats. Also if they were on the floor they couldn't look out the window.

I don't personally see any need for one designed for the CT as there are plenty already on the market that will work just fine.
