I am trying not to think about it or set any expectations. I find that with a lot of these events (and even other product reveals), that people will often overhype to the point where their expectations are so high that it's damn near impossible for them to be met.

Makes it easier to enjoy the event. I don't anticipate it to be THAT long of an event though. It'll be 9p EST when it starts so my guess is it'll be an hour long?

I really hope they don't go in this direction because as of right now it is 100% fiction. This would cause a worldwide synchronized rolling of the eyes. The idea is already part of our zeitgeist, it doesn't need to be announced until it's real.

An Uber/Robot fleet won't work until there is a way to charge the cars. So,

Tesla will announce the inductive charging mat and a new charging standard for that.

They will also announce that dry battery cathodes are currently being used in vehicles built this month.

They will show off FSD on the lot by giving rides to guests with no drivers.

Optimus new version. They'll roam around during the event.

There was rumor/mention of “four new batteries” for the lineup.. or something like that…

If this is mentioned now, Why? Sales of everything will take a hit. Along the lines of Elon saying on X not to talk about the Junioer because it effects the current ModelY sales..

unless the new batteries are ready and shipping ‘now’… or a legit option similar to RIVIAN (and others) current strategies..
