The tweet you quoted has nothing to do with a ceasefire/peace plan. I pointed it out because people are lumping everything together, one thing is criticizing his peace plan which is perfectly legitimate another thing is criticizing him because after 8 months he wants the government to pay for the entirety of the service like they do with any other defense contractor that is supplying Ukraine.
