took my nephew to see the elephant seals along Highway 1 today (just north of San Simeon/Hearst Castle) and look what we found in the parking lot! (VIN confirmed)

Would have just assumed it was a Fremont Y, but the horns gave it away....

Did it have Texas plates? California plates? Or some other state?

Hope This owner has good insurance as well, hate to be the pedestrian impaled by his “boss hog” set up!
even though I’m a big fan of the Dukes of Hazzard, this is truly scary as hell In todays world. Just my opinion. This is in my eyes is a weapon, nothing more. Rural areas is all fine and dandy, but, city? Well, that’s just plain stupid.

I was actually wondering if this was the one used in the Austin party launch video (see video below where it jumps)? Was partly hoping to see Elon watching the Elephant Seals!

Looks like this one in vid is black, but it could be the way it was recorded. The one in your photo looks really blue compared to video. But, it was very shaded.

But honestly, could you imagine the lawsuit you would have if someone like a child being silly in a parking lot like a boardwalk or busy place like that and was impaled while playing around cuz children do silly things? Or a pedestrian who was drinking and lost their balance and fell onto one? Yikes. Pointing horns downward would be a tiny bit safer, but this to me, is just a nightmare! Straight horror.

Let’s just say I hope this person makes it through California without getting a lawsuit. ??

More likely they’ll find a way to charge him extra DMV fees….

The horns are the least dangerous part of that car
