I have the Harbor Fright electric chain saw and pole saw......bought them in anticipation of winter deadfalls on the fence line but haven't had to use either.
I'll prob add a leaf blower since we have oak trees around the house and I don't rake yards.
I found this interesting. I follow this guy on YouTube and this is his video about checking out a Volvo electric mini-excavator.
I am firmly against a government mandate on electrification.....it is just political grandstanding and pandering to the rabid environmentalists.
The technology will sell itself (as Tesla cars do) and gradually people will adopt it when cost and convenience make it clear that it is the way to go.
Sooner or later people are going to get tired of being bullied by the government and we may see a new breed of anarchist appear. One that is tired of government mandates and willing to commit dark acts to protest what they see as broad government overreach.
Some people will only be pushed so far before they rebel.
