My first question is why have this: Beef Between Tesla Factory Workers? What does it mean?

"Having a beef" with someone means "having a disagreement" with them. It is informal slang, and usually denotes hurt feelings or annoyance.

Maybe they were disagreeing over that huge wiper, idk

Yes very sad.
I also really don't get the physics that made this happen. Apparently there was ten 11-12 year olds in there when it lifted off, that's half a ton of weight that should of kept it on the ground, plus all the rigging, blower fan etc. It's bizarre somehow. Timing is crap too, (its never food I know) but last day of primary school, before Christmas, and graduation event is why they had the bouncy castle there. (And we don't have tornadoes either)

The problem is the high surface area. I can move a boat of thousands of pounds against the current in a gentle breeze if I have a sail large enough.
