Shareholders, would you vote to reinstate Elon's pay package

TSLA finished up 13.38% after hours. Here's the earnings call with Rob Mauer commentary:

Shareholders, would you vote to reinstate Elon's pay package

Before making further comments on this it may be wise to watch the Earnings Call discussion: BTW, TSLA is up over 9% after hours at the moment.

Shareholders, would you vote to reinstate Elon's pay package

Of course it has flaws. Everything and everyone that deals with money has flaws, including pretty much every elected official regardless of affiliation. I disagree that a shareholder with 9 shares who is simply a foil for a money grabbing law firm is able to turn upside down a contract years...

Shareholders, would you vote to reinstate Elon's pay package

When a company like Tesla is a massive disrupter, all manner of vested interests pull every dirty trick available in order to protect their billion dollar cash cows. In Tesla's case it's the fossil fuel conglomerates, legacy automobile, large unions, government actors (on both sides of the...

Shareholders, would you vote to reinstate Elon's pay package

This is in no way true. I watched the whole thing unfold in real time (Yep I'm old and had a small side business of modifying the Apple II into faster CPM machines and also upgrading the early IBM PCs with faster NEC v20/v30 and later AMD chips)). Under Jobs Apple became the fastest growing...

Shareholders, would you vote to reinstate Elon's pay package

Apple ousted Steve Jobs and subsequently went right into the dumpster. It wasn't until Jobs returned to an Apple that was a stodgy corporate mess and nearly bankrupt that Apple's recovery began. Apple was lucky, Jobs came back and saved it by overhauling the antiquated OS and by introducing...

Shareholders, would you vote to reinstate Elon's pay package

YES to reinstating the pay package we already voted for once and YES to moving to Texas. As far as the 25%, it's voting power not ownership and could be done during the reincorporation in Texas.

Tesla Cuts 10% of Global Workforce

While Tesla does employee evaluations and culling every year I was surprised to see these 2 guys leave. Hopefully Tesla has good replacements and also wish these guys the best in their new endeavors.

    FSD safety and FUD

I've been using FSD v12.3.3 and now v12.3.4 and it's stunning. I didn't think they could reach this level of functionality so quickly after moving to an AI visual learning model. It's already better than many of the humans driving around here. Lowering the subscription price to $99 is going...

Buy and hold. It's volatile and like everything else will be affected by the macro environment. That said, there are many long term possibilities, any of which could cause a large upward move. FSD, Optimus, next gen lower priced model, various licensing agreements, etc.

Ford EV will gain access to Tesla Superchargers and come with standard NACS ports starting 2025!

Perhaps, but why bother? CCS1 may be joining CHAdeMO and the Dodo. You'd have to save a lot in charger fees to make up for the cost of a CCS1 adapter, and then there's the frustration...

Here we go again! (TFL on Tesla)

I followed TE for years but they're so irrationally anti Tesla and even more anti Musk that I dropped the channel. I think a lot of other people did the same and that's why they're having problems. The kicker was when they turned off comments, which allowed them to spread misinformation...

    Gates shorts $TSLA?

Not sure that arguing with an obvious troll/short is useful.
