If we ever had another "Carrington" level event or EMP attack, would the CT be more vulnerable than a regular vehicle? Is there any way to protect the electronics?

Not more vulnerable... EMP and solar flare are not the same thing exactly... A nuclear EMP has several components that cause damage. The E1 pulse is caused by gamma radiation interacting with atmosphere and this causes a high electric charge in coupled electronics no matter the length of the conductor. This would fry a Cybertruck as well as any other vehicle. The other damage of EMP the E3 pulse is like a solar flare it is caused by distorting the earths magnetic field just like the solar flare does. This induces a high voltage in long conductors ( several kilometers). It is unlikely to cause any damage to Cybertruck... unless its charging then the high voltage probably would mean you need a new truck.
