I was filling up petrol gas cans today, made me think... these 5, 5 gallon cans are equal to
25gallons×45mpg(in this prius) 1125 miles
Or basically the equilevent of about 4 tesla battery packs.
Funny, interesting thought to me.
I doubt batteries will ever get that energy dense, and I dont think they need to. one of the main reasons in choosing a tesla is the supercharging! So million mile battery with supercharging sounds great to me!
