Does “Gigafactory” only refer to Tesla factories?

I think I have a fair idea of what the word gigafactory means but please correct or elaborate where I am wrong (basically that the plant produces x number of what hours of EV battery storage per year, a million maybe?) but I am just curious if the word is reserved only for Tesla factories? I guess I am asking if it is a trademark of some kind or if any battery manufacturer that produces said amount of batteries or watt hours of storage is considered a gigafactory? Also I have started noticing the term terafactory for some time now. I’m assuming it has the same meaning but at many times the amount of gigafactory? This may be basic questions for most but they are just not part of my everyday lingo. I’m born and raised in rural Arkansas so you can imagine my level of education.

Gigafactory refers to producing gigawatts of batteries or solar panels in a year.

No factory produces a terawatt of batteries in a year. Yet. The potential at Austin is for such a factory.
