Here is something that might be worth reading. NH4 at the concentration in Windex 5.6 to 7.5% may not be that “encouraging” to develop rust….at the temps most of us will encounter….. unless of course one is cleaning the CT during the next Carrington Event in the middle of Summer in San Antonio...
Ok, Do you mean Gas off is volatilization temp correct? I meant to ask at what temp will the coating deform in a plastic sense where it would be more easily damaged? I look forward to purchasing some of this material to test prior to using it when I have my CyberTruck.
Ok so a blend of PvC, Polyamide, Polyethylene etc….. so what is the temp of melting of the thermoplastic status post cure that would be of concern? How hot can it get before it is at its transition to tacky etc or damaging it? Thank you!! Cheers
Glad to hear that your material is used in the aerospace industry. The concentrated anode issue has nothing to do with your material rather just a matter of galvanic action in exposed concentrated areas. How does your material compare to let’s say Zinc Chromate for dissimilar metal protection...
