  1. Why Do Teslas Keep Smashing Emergency Vehicles? (Warning: Graphic images in article)

    With a vision-based autopilot, I’m wondering if the cameras reduce their gain when the strobe lights flash, and therefore are not able to make out the rest of the scene between flashes. Essentially the cameras are blinded by the flash.
